Our Full Day Tour offers More FREE time to explore the underground Burren karst landscape with optional 40 mins guided tour of Aillwee Caves or visit the Burren Birds of Prey Centre with dynamic flying displays of falcons, hawks, eagles and other amazing bird wildlife creatures. After a 90 mins visit to the Cliffs including a visit to a the Irish traditional Fitzpatricks bar in Doolin, the tour returns along the Atlantic Coast Drive, returning back to Galway City 17:45 approx.

11:00am Cliffs of Moher Direct Tour:

The most direct and swift way to visit the Cliffs and Burren Wild Atlantic region. Arrives back in Galway City 17:45pm approx.

11:30am Cliffs of Moher and Burren Tour:

Our later departure Half Day Tour offers 90 mins guaranteed stop at Cliffs of Moher, along with guided visits of the Burren, poulnabrone Dolmen, Doolin, Atlantic Coast DRIVE, DunGuaire Castle and more. Returns 17:45pm approx

13:00pm Cliffs of Moher Afternoon Tour:

One of Irelands top tourist attractions rising some 200 metres above sea level and stretching some 8kms long. Visit Atlantic Edge experience located at the centre of the underground building a huge domed cave containing images, exhibits, displays & experiences that will delight young and old alike.

Doolin

Known for its music festivals & selection of traditional Irish pubs. Lunch stop is at the famous Fitzpatricks bar where they offer good value carvery food and of course famous for serving a good pint of the black stuff!

Atlantic Coast Drive

The highlight of the tour with breath taking views along the shores of Galway Bay. See the Aran Islands, Connemara & Galway city from across the bay.

DunGuaire Castle

A 16C tower house on the southern eastern shore of Galway Bay . Medieval Banquets take place here nightly during high season.

Does the cost of the tour include admission to Aillwee caves & Cliffs of Moher?

No! However entrance to both places is at a special reduced discount price compliments of Healy Tours. Entrance to Cave is €8

Does the tours operate daily all year round?

Yes, they operate daily all year round except Christmas day, St Stephens day & New Years day.

How do I book a ticket for the tour?

There are a number of ways! You can buy on –line at www.bus.ie to get a 10% discount. Or you can buy your tickets at the Galway Tourist Office or on the coach. Please make sure you look for the Healy Tour bus to avoid confusion. Finally you can make a reservation by phone by calling 00 353 91 770066 and a seat/seats will be reserved for you in your name.

Can I get picked up at my hotel/guesthouse in Galway on the morning of the tour?

Yes we provide a free pick up service if you let us know on the previous evening or the morning of the tour.

Can I join the tour if I live/am travelling from Dublin?

Yes! You have a choice that if the train is late into Galway & you miss the early tour at 10am you can join the next tour at 11:30am. Both tours return to Galway at 5:15pm approx so you can connect with the evening train/bus back to Dublin.

Do I get a discount if I take the Connemara Tour?

Yes you get a 10% reduction on the second tour.

What is the difference between the 10am and 11.30am tour?

The 11.30am tour does not visit the Aillwee cave.
